Simplifying Finance, One Decision at a Time

Trivana Management LLP started from a simple observation: most people don't struggle with wealth because they lack the will to build it, they struggle because they don't have someone to sit down with and work out what actually fits their situation. That's the gap we set out to close, one place for investment advisory, wealth management, stock broking, mutual fund distribution, insurance solutions, financial education, and business financial consulting, instead of piecing advice together from a different specialist for every decision.

Founder Chiranjiv Jha built Trivana around 25-plus years in the financial markets and a plain idea of what makes advice worth trusting: you should be able to follow the reasoning, not just accept the recommendation. That's the standard every conversation here is held to, whether you're opening your first mutual fund or reviewing a portfolio you've held for years. We tell you what we see, why we're suggesting it, and what it actually means for your goals, in language that doesn't require a finance background to follow.

Who We Help

Financial guidance for every stage, whatever your starting point.

An open reference book and handwritten notebook with a pen, representing the basics of learning how to invest

First-Time Investors

The questions you've never asked anyone, like what a mutual fund actually is or where to even start, are exactly the ones we expect first. There's no such thing as a question that's too basic here.

That's what our investment advisory and mutual fund guidance are built around: plain explanations before any recommendation, and no assumption that you should already know this.

Overhead view of hands typing on a laptop, with a tablet and coffee nearby, representing a working professional reviewing their finances

Salaried Professionals

You're earning steadily and doing everything you were told to do, and you still can't quite tell if your money is actually working as hard as you are.

That's where wealth management and investment advisory come in, building a plan around that income that's regularly reviewed and actively managed, instead of just sitting in an account.

A candid small-business checkout moment between two people, representing a business owner's day-to-day focus

Business Owners

Every hour goes into the business, so your own investments, insurance, and retirement plans keep getting pushed to “later,” and later keeps not arriving.

That's what our financial planning and business financial consulting are for, keeping your personal finances moving even while the business takes the lead.

Two people in a genuine conversation across a table with a laptop, representing a family financial planning discussion

Families

Between school fees, aging parents, and everything in between, it can feel like there's no real plan, just constant juggling from one expense to the next.

That's what financial planning and insurance advisory look like with us, one plan that covers education, protection, and milestones for the whole household, not five separate decisions made in isolation.

Experienced Investors

Already investing but want a sharper, more structured second opinion, we review what you have and refine it, we don't start you over from scratch.

Students Interested in Finance

Curious how markets and money actually work, our investment courses give you a practical, jargon-free starting point, not a lecture.

Recognise yourself in one of these? That's exactly where a first conversation starts.

Trivana Management LLP itself is new. The experience behind it isn't, 25-plus years in the markets from founder Chiranjiv Jha and 15-plus more from co-founder V. K. Tiwari, applied across everything the firm offers, built from day one to work with clients across India rather than one city or region.

Why Time in the Market Matters

Markets move up and down in the short term, that's normal, and trying to predict every swing is a losing game even for professionals. What tends to matter more is understanding a few basic ideas and staying invested with a clear plan over time, rather than reacting to every move. We'd rather explain the thinking behind an investment than just tell you what to buy, so here are a few of the ideas we actually talk through with clients.

Personalised financial planning

This isn't a slogan, it's the order we actually work in. Before we recommend anything, we ask about your goals, your income, your existing commitments, and how much risk you're genuinely comfortable carrying, not just what a form captures in a checkbox. A salaried professional a few years into their career and a business owner reinvesting profits back into their company need different plans, even where some of the underlying products overlap, and the plan you get is built for the situation you're actually in, not a template with your name on it.

Transparent and ethical approach

Before you're asked to decide anything, we walk through why we're suggesting it: what it's meant to do and what the trade-offs are. Fee details are still being finalised, but our aim is to keep cost conversations upfront, not something you have to ask about. If something isn't a good fit for your situation, we say so as directly as we'd recommend something that is. Being ethical, to us, means the explanation you get today still holds up if you ask about it again in a year.

Client-first philosophy

We measure whether a relationship with Trivana is working by one thing: whether your financial position is genuinely improving against the goals we set together, not by how many products you've bought from us. In practice that means telling you when a plan needs no major changes at review time, even though that's a quieter conversation than proposing something new, and being willing to say a product simply isn't the right fit for you rather than recommending it anyway. Client-first only means something if it holds up in the moments where the easier answer for us isn't the better answer for you.

End-to-end financial solutions

Most people end up with their money spread across several people who don't talk to each other: someone for mutual funds, someone else for stock trades, another person for insurance, and no one looking at all of it together. Trivana brings investment advisory, wealth management, stock broking, mutual fund distribution, insurance solutions, financial education, and business financial consulting into a single relationship, so the person who knows your goals is also the person looking at your insurance cover, your investments, and your long-term plan, together. As your life changes, whether that's a new job, a growing family, a business, or retirement coming into view, the plan adjusts inside that same relationship instead of starting over with someone new. (As with the rest of Trivana's advisory work, the investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, and insurance advisory pieces of this are subject to registrations with the relevant regulatory bodies, currently in progress.)

Long-term wealth creation focus

We built Trivana around long-term financial success, not short-term wins that don't hold up. That shapes what we recommend: steady, well-understood approaches over speculative bets, and a willingness to tell you to stay the course when that's genuinely the right call, even though it's a less exciting suggestion than something new. It also shapes how we work with you over time, plans get revisited and adjusted as your life changes, not chased and rebuilt every time the market has a bad week.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Whether you're planning your first investment or reviewing a lifetime of savings, a conversation is the best place to start. Let's talk about where you are and where you want to be.
